Welcome to Light Touch Therapies where the emphasis is on the gentle approach to holistic health. My name is Annette Wright and my belief is that if we balance the mind, body and spirit we can live our lives easily, happily and successfully. I offer four different treatments which can help you to achieve this and these are summarised below.

The first is Reflexology which brings the body back into balance through the massage of the feet and hands.

The second is Tera-Mai ™ Reiki Seichem which is a gentle hands-on healing therapy which uses the four elemental healing rays of earth, water, air and fire to release any blockages within the body.

The third is Flower Essence Therapy which is Nature’s gentle yet powerful healing tool.

The fourth is a Pamper & Healing Reflexology treatment which incorporates a wonderfully relaxing reflexology treatment on the face, head and ears followed by a Reiki Seichem healing that enhances our natural ability to heal ourselves.

The practice is based in Worcester Park and is within easy reach of Kingston, Epsom, Sutton and Wimbledon. I also have a clinic on Tuesday afternoons at St Michael’s Church, The Sanctuary in Ewell Village.
